MARILYN GRACE LEVERICH, 79 of Menominee passed away on Friday November 8, 2019 at her home. The former Marilyn Grace Bergfors was born on December 23, 1939 in Chicago, IL to Arnold and Irene (Bates) Bergfors. In 1979 Marilyn married her high school sweetheart Gerald Leverich, they would later divorce. Marilyn married James Randall Sr. Years later Marilyn and Gerald found their way back to each other and would remarry and spend many happy years together. She worked as an executive secretary at Scott Paper Company and specialized in computer programming working at Sears in Chicago and AOL all while raising her family. Marilyn enjoyed gaming, cooking, knitting, crocheting and was an excellent seamstress. She further enjoyed gardening, playing in her Country Western band and conquering challenges. Marilyn was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her five children: Michael Leverich, Linda Leverich, Cathy Retzlaff, Jennifer Anderson and James L. Randall; 4 step children: Gerald Leverich, Timothy Leverich, Victoria Leverich and Rebecca Groth; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband’s: Gerald Leverich and James Randall; daughter: Deborah Leverich; grandson: Soren Smith; brother: Roy Bergfors; and sister: Kathleen Leonard.
Family will receive friends at Emmanuel Lutheran Church on Monday November 18, 2019 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 12:00 noon with Reverend Mark Laatsch officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Cadieu Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
