Dale Sieman, 81, of Menominee, Mich. passed away at home on Sunday, November 17, 2019. He was born January 1, 1938 in Menominee to the late Adolph and Adele (Cootware) Sieman. Dale graduated from Menominee High School class of 1956. After graduation he entered into the United States Navy where he served his country proudly. During his time in the military he served on the USS Essex and USS Oriskinay. On May 13, 1994 he married Joanne Sieth in Menominee. Dale was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church and the American Legion in Menominee, Mich. He volunteered at Bay Area Medical Center. Dale was self employed throughout his working career as a painter and sandblaster. He enjoyed gardening, painting, woodworking and fishing.
Dale is survived by his wife Joanne, children Kevin Sieman, Carrie (Steve) Sobay, Shelley (Mike Klatt) Schomer all of Menominee, Mich. Jennifer Moustafa of Menasha, Wis., Ann (Brad) Spross of Wausau, Wis. and son-in-law Kevin Havelka of Menominee, Mich.; 21 grandchildren Jami, Amanda, Brandon, Harley, Alyssa, Jake, Karlie, Kaitlyn, Hunter, Cory, Jordan, Ibrahim, Abdullah, Bailey, Brianna, Benjamin, Colten, Shelby, Justine, Kassidy and Jazmyn. 10 great-grandchildren. Brother Adolph (Joanne) Sieman and sister Mae Sandoval.
Dale was preceded in death by his siblings Richard, Fred, Myrtle and Bev and 1 great grandchild.
Per Dales wishes there was a private family gathering. Anderson-Kell Funeral Home is assisting the family.
