Charles Edward Nurnberger, 76, Prudenville, died Aug. 27, 2020, at Saginaw Covenant Hospital.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Sept. 13 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Nottingham Bar, 9005 West Houghton Lake Dr., Houghton Lake.
He was born in Royal Oak Sept. 12, 1943, the son of Thomas and Frances (Mortiz) Nurnberger. He had lived in Oakland County and Roscommon County. He and Christina Acord were married June 5, 1981, in Pontiac.
Preceding him in death were his parents; children, Caryn Nurnberger, Phillip Lannon and Randy Rabdeau; and siblings, Thomas Nurnberger and Marilyn Stockwell.
Surviving Mr. Nurnberger are his children, Charles (Brandi) Nurnberger II of Lehigh Acres, FL, Jason (Jena) Lannon of Blythville, AR; and Krisdee (Sam) Hancock of Prudenville; siblings, Robert Nurnberger, Art Nurnberger and Bessie Segouin; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
