    Walter T. Sowles,  69, of Charlevoix, passed away on January 17, 2020 at Hiland Cottage in Petoskey.  There will be a visitation from 5-6:30 p.m., Saturday, January 25 at the Winchester Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with military honors beginning at 6:30 pm followed by a time for sharing memories.  A full obituary will be posted in the near future.

    Earl A.     Edna Grace “Skip” McDonough,  88, of Beaver Island, passed away on January 9, 2020 at Charlevoix Area Hospital surrounded by her family.     David James Larkin, 68, of Bellaire passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at his home with his loving wife by his side.  He was born on March 15, 1951 in Flint, MI, the son of James and Sara Ida (Reed) Larkin.
