    Ann Ruth Smallegan, age 86, of Ferrysburg, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at a local care facility. She was born May 7, 1933, in Holland, Michigan, to the late Richard and Stena (Hop) Woodwyk. Ann married Jay Smallegan on January 30, 1953, and he preceded her in death in April 2002. Ann was a life-time resident of the Tri-Cities area and attended Holland High School. She was employed as a custodian at Ferrysburg Community Church, where she attended church services for many years. Anna enjoyed camping, knitting, sewing and playing cards.
