David Lynn Dunmore, 81, of Muskegon, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
David was born October 13, 1941, the son of William and Annie Dumore. He was married four times in his life, two of which passed away. He had many step-children that he considered his own. David worked for Sealed Power/ Hy-Lift for most of his working career. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, golfing, and dancing. Most important though was always his family. David was a loving, thoughtful, funny, caring, tender-hearted man. He will be deeply missed.
David is survived by: his wife, Carol; children, David Jr. (Patty), Donald, Darryl (Linda), Ronald, Deann (Jeff) Cook, Rhonda Hansen-Dunmore, along with several other step-children; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and brother, Richard Dunmore.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Betty; wife, Janice; his parents; and sister-in-law, Patty.
A memorial service will take place at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Fellowship Reformed Church 4200 Apple Avenue Muskegon. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Shriners Hospital.
